Company Information

Company-wide settings live under Settings in the sidebar. The overview groups them into General, Branding, Team and Integrations; click a card to open it. This article covers the General cards.

Company Info

Name, email, phone, address and business details such as Tax / VAT ID and Chamber of Commerce number.

• The company name is shown to claimants and in emails.
• The phone number is printed on labels; FedEx requires it.
• The VAT ID is used as shipper VAT number on customs declarations.

Shipping Address

The sender address on every label, plus the Customs identifiers (EORI and UK VAT number) for shipping outside the EU. See Customs.

Available Countries

The countries your company ships to and runs promotions in. Promotions can only target countries that are active here. Your plan determines how many you can activate. See Countries & Coverage.

Company Legal

Your privacy statement and terms, shown to claimants on claim pages. Promotion-specific terms go on the promotion itself.

Claim tags

Create coloured tags (for example VIP, Needs photo, Fraud check) to label claims. You can set default tags on a promotion so every new claim gets them automatically.

Claim form defaults

The default claim form fields and serial validation for new promotions: required fields, serial length rules, hints and instructions. Existing promotions keep their own settings.

Embedded forms

Get the embed snippet for your promotions and restrict which websites may show them. See Sharing & Embedding.

Payout account

The bank account and defaults for cashback payout files. See Cashback Payouts.

Email templates

Company-wide versions of the automated claimant emails. See Email Templates.

Audit trail

A searchable log of claim activity across the whole company: status changes, emails, notes and tracking updates. It shows the last 24 hours by default; load more or filter by event type. Useful for “who approved this?” questions.

Delete company

Admins can permanently close the active workspace. All promotions, claims and settings are removed; team members lose access to this company but keep their accounts. Billing records are kept as required by law. This can’t be undone.
