Sharing & Embedding
Promotion links, languages, UTM tracking and embedding the claim form on your site.
On this page
Every promotion has one public claim page. Share its link anywhere — packaging, email, social, QR codes — and all claims land in the same queue.
The promotion link
Links look like this:
https://yourcompany.donaraz.app/en-nl/summer-deal
yourcompany— your company’s subdomain. With a custom domain it becomes e.g.claim.yourbrand.com.en-nl— language and country. Visitors can switch language on the page; a banner suggests their own language when it differs.en-globalis the neutral default.summer-deal— the promotion slug, set under Identity.
Copy the link from the promotion detail page. The same page also shows the status of Styrar short links, if enabled.
Track where claimants come from
Add UTM parameters per channel so Analytics can tell them apart:
https://yourcompany.donaraz.app/en-nl/summer-deal?utm_source=instagram&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=summer
Links in Donaraz emails already carry utm_source=donaraz, so email traffic is measured automatically.
Tip: For print and packaging, put the link in a QR code — ideally a short link from Styrar on your own domain, so you can see scans in Analytics.
Embed the claim form on your website
Want the form inside your own site? Every promotion has an embeddable version without header, footer or cookie banner.
- Open the promotion and find the Embed card.
- Copy the ready-made
<iframe>snippet, for example:
<iframe
src="https://yourcompany.donaraz.app/en-global/embed/summer-deal"
style="width: 100%; max-width: 480px; height: 900px; border: 0;"
loading="lazy"
title="Claim your gift"
></iframe>
- Paste it into your page. The iframe does not resize itself, so pick a height that fits the longest version of the form (with errors and gift choices).
- Optional: add custom CSS in the Embed card to match your site. It only affects this promotion’s embed.
Allow your website to embed the form
By default the embed can be placed on any secure (https) website. To stop others from reusing your embed, add your own domains under Settings → Embedded forms (up to 20). Once the list has at least one domain, browsers only show the form on those exact hosts — so add every host you use, for example both yourbrand.com and www.yourbrand.com.
Note: A restricted list also applies to Shopify. If you use the embed on a Shopify store, add your shop domain as well.
Shopify stores
On Shopify you don’t need an iframe: the Donaraz app adds a native claim form block to your theme. See Shopify.
