Cookie Policy

This policy lists every cookie and browser storage key Donaraz sets, what each one is for and how long it lasts, and explains how to change your choices. It covers donaraz.com, the Donaraz dashboard and the claim pages we host.
1.What cookies and similar technologies are
A cookie is a small text file a site stores in your browser and reads on later visits. We also use local storage, which keeps data in your browser until you clear it and, unlike a cookie, is never sent to our servers automatically.
Throughout this policy “cookie” covers both, and the tables below say which is which.
2.How we use cookies and storage
We group what we set into three categories. Strictly necessary cookies are always on, because without them you cannot sign in or submit a claim. Functional and analytics storage is set only where you have agreed to it or, in the dashboard, where it is needed to remember your own working preferences.

3.Cookies on promotion claim pages
Claim pages are hosted by Donaraz on behalf of the business running the promotion. On those pages a consent banner lets you accept or reject analytics and marketing storage before it is set; strictly necessary cookies and the Turnstile check run regardless, because the claim form cannot work without them.
The business running the promotion may configure additional tracking on its own claim pages. Where it does, that business is responsible for it and its own cookie policy applies.
4.Third-party cookies
We do not use advertising cookies and we do not allow ad networks to track you across our pages. The third parties that may set storage through our services are:
- Cloudflare, for bot management, security and the Turnstile human check
- Stripe and Mollie, for payment pages and fraud prevention during checkout
- PostHog, for product analytics and error tracking in the dashboard, hosted in the EU
Each of these providers publishes its own privacy and cookie policy describing what it sets and why.
5.Managing your preferences
On a claim page, use the cookie banner to accept or reject non-essential storage. Your choice is remembered in local storage on that page, and you can change it by clearing your browser storage for the site and reloading.
Every major browser also lets you view, block and delete cookies from its privacy settings, and clear local storage for a specific site. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop you from signing in or submitting a claim.
To opt out of product analytics in the dashboard, reject analytics storage or use your browser’s privacy controls.
6.Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal, but no agreed standard exists for how sites should respond, so we do not currently change our behaviour based on it. We do honour the Global Privacy Control signal where your browser sends one, and treat it as a rejection of non-essential storage.
7.Changes to this policy
We update this policy whenever the cookies or storage we use change, and the date at the top of the page reflects the last revision. For material changes we give notice by email or through a notice in the dashboard.
