How quickly can we launch?
Most teams can create a first campaign in minutes by setting reward rules, publishing a link, and enabling claim review.
Which reward types are supported?
You can run physical rewards through your own carrier accounts, cashback via SEPA / pain.001 or CSV files you upload at your bank, digital rewards, and giveaways with a configurable winner draw. Donaraz does not send the money — your bank does.
Can we use our existing shipping setup?
Yes. Donaraz follows a bring-your-own-key model for supported carriers so you keep your existing contracts and workflows.
How do integrations work?
Connect Styrar for auto-post and short links on go-live, install the Shopify embedded app for store-native promotions and claims, and receive webhook events for claim and fulfillment lifecycle changes.
