Where Donaraz is available and how carrier coverage limits each promotion.

Donaraz is live in every country where at least one supported carrier delivers: all 27 EU member states, the rest of Europe from the UK to the Western Balkans, and the United States and Canada. The countries page lists them all, grouped by continent, with the carriers that serve each one.
Three layers decide where a promotion runs
- Platform — the countries Donaraz supports (the countries page).
- Your company — Settings → Available Countries: the countries your company ships to. Your plan sets how many you can activate — see Plans & Subscriptions.
- The promotion — under Schedule & eligibility you choose the countries (and optionally provinces) where that promotion runs. Claimants can only pick those countries on the form.
Carrier coverage
A country being available doesn’t mean every carrier delivers there. When a label is created, Donaraz checks that the claim’s carrier serves the destination and stops before booking if it doesn’t. Pick a default carrier per promotion that covers all its countries, or connect a second carrier for the rest.

Digital rewards
Cashback, vouchers and Shopify gift cards don’t ship anything, so carrier coverage doesn’t apply. Cashback payouts support SEPA (IBAN) and non-IBAN bank accounts — see Cashback Payouts.
