Mentions & Team Alerts
@mention colleagues on claims and understand who gets which alert.
Donaraz sends alerts to the people who need them, based on what they do and what they’re allowed to see.
@mention a colleague
Need a second opinion on a claim? Add a comment on the claim and type @ followed by a name. The colleague gets a notification with a link straight to the claim. Comments are internal and never visible to the claimant.
Who gets which alert

| Mention | The person you @mentioned. |
| New inbound message | Everyone with access to the Inbox. |
| New claim | Team members who can see claims, as a toast while they’re online. |
| Company announcement | Everyone in the company. |
| Service messages from Donaraz | Everyone, for example about planned maintenance. |
Because alerts follow permissions, the easiest way to change who gets what is the person’s role — see User Roles.
Reading and clearing alerts
Alerts appear under the bell in the header and on the notifications page, where you can filter by Mentions, Messages or Company and mark everything as read. See Notifications.
