Analytics and Reporting
Overview
The platform provides comprehensive analytics and reporting capabilities to help you understand your promotional performance. The analytics cover customer submissions, approval rates, email delivery metrics, and campaign effectiveness over configurable time periods. These insights help you make informed decisions about your marketing strategies.
Tip: Use the time range selector on each analytics card to customize the reporting period. Choose from preset ranges like 7 days, 30 days, or month-to-date to get the insights most relevant to you.
Time Range Selector
Each analytics section now features a configurable time range selector that allows you to view data over different periods:
Available Time Ranges
- 7 Days: Last 7 days of data (default)
- 14 Days: Last 14 days of data
- 30 Days: Last 30 days of data
- 90 Days: Last 90 days of data
- Week-to-Date: Data from the start of the current week
- Month-to-Date: Data from the start of the current month
- Year-to-Date: Data from the start of the current year
Data Granularity
- For ranges of 14 days or less, data is shown with daily granularity
- For ranges longer than 14 days, data is automatically aggregated into weekly buckets for easier reading
Tip: The submissions and email analytics sections have independent time range selectors, so you can view submissions over 7 days while checking email performance over 30 days simultaneously.

Promotion Analytics
- Total Promotions: Count of all promotions for your company
- Promotion Details: Basic information about each campaign
- Campaign Status: Current state of each promotion
- Company Information: Associated company details
Submission Analytics
- Daily Submissions: Customer claims submitted each day
- Weekly Totals: Aggregate submission counts
- Submission Trends: Patterns in customer activity
- Time-based Analysis: Performance over specific periods
Approval Analytics
- Daily Approvals: Claims approved each day
- Approval Rates: Percentage of claims approved
- Approval Trends: Patterns in decision-making
- Performance Comparison: Approved vs. total submissions
Declined Analytics
- Daily Declines: Claims rejected each day
- Decline Patterns: Trends in rejection rates
- Performance Insights: Understanding rejection reasons
Email Analytics
- Emails Sent: Total emails dispatched per day
- Emails Delivered: Successfully delivered emails

Your dashboard displays analytics in several visual formats. Each chart card includes its own time range selector for flexible reporting.
Submissions per Day Chart
- Chart Type: Bar chart showing daily or weekly activity
- Time Period: Configurable via time range selector (default: 7 days)
- Data Displayed: Number of customer claims submitted each day or week
- Total Count: Submission summary for the selected period
- Visual Trends: Easy identification of busy and slow periods
Approved Submissions Chart
- Chart Type: Bar chart showing daily or weekly approvals
- Time Period: Configurable via time range selector (default: 7 days)
- Data Displayed: Number of claims approved each day or week
- Total Count: Approval summary for the selected period
- Performance Tracking: Monitor approval efficiency over time
Submissions vs Approved Comparison
- Chart Type: Grouped bar chart with toggleable data series
- Time Period: Configurable via time range selector (default: 7 days)
- Data Displayed: Side-by-side comparison of submissions, approvals, and declines
- Toggle Series: Show or hide individual data series using checkboxes (submissions, approved, declined)
- Hover Tooltips: Hover over bars to see exact values for each data point
- Approval Rate: Percentage calculation for the selected period
Email Analytics Chart
- Chart Type: Grouped bar chart showing email delivery metrics
- Time Period: Configurable via its own independent time range selector
- Data Displayed: Emails sent, delivered, and bounced per day or week
- Toggle Series: Show or hide sent, delivered, and bounced data independently
- Delivery Insights: Quickly identify delivery issues or bounce spikes
