The Donaraz Shopify app lets you run promotions from inside your Shopify admin, put a native claim form in your theme and let Shopify handle rewards: gift cards, orders and stock.

Connect a store

1. Install the Donaraz app from your Shopify admin.
2. Open the app and log in with your Donaraz account. Pick the company to link.
3. You’re sent back to Shopify with a confirmation. The connection shows under Settings → Shopify in the Donaraz dashboard.

One Donaraz account can manage several companies, each with its own connected store.

Inside Shopify admin

The embedded app mirrors the dashboard for daily work:

• Home — overview and quick links.
• Promotions — create and manage promotions, draw giveaway winners.
• Gifts — gift stock, including imported Shopify products.
• Claims — review, approve and decline claims.
• Settings — connection, theme setup and disconnect.
• Plan — your Donaraz subscription status (billing is managed in the Donaraz dashboard).

Import products as gifts

When creating a gift product choose Import from Shopify and search your catalog. Import all variants or a single variant; Donaraz creates one gift with a stock row per variant.

• Stock follows Shopify. Inventory updates arrive automatically from Shopify, across all locations. Manual stock controls are hidden for linked gifts.
• Optional cap. Set a Donaraz stock maximum to reserve only part of your Shopify stock for promotions.
• Open in Shopify jumps to the product in your admin.

Add the claim form to your theme

The app includes a theme block — a native form, not an iframe — that you can place on product pages, the home page or any page template:

1. In the app’s Settings (or the setup card on Home), follow the link to the theme editor.
2. Add the Donaraz claim form block where you want it.
3. Enter the promotion ID or slug in the block settings.

The block uses your Donaraz brand colours and only shows the fields the promotion needs (bank details only for cashback, retailer picker only when enabled, and so on). Required fields are marked. Submissions go through Shopify’s App Proxy with Shopify’s bot protection.

Rewards through Shopify

• Gift cards — on digital promotions turn on Generate gift cards in Shopify on approve; each approved claim gets a real Shopify gift card by email. See Vouchers & Gift Cards.
• Orders — turn on fulfilment through Shopify and every approved physical claim becomes a store order, tagged Donaraz plus the promotion name and discounted to zero. Your normal fulfilment process ships it; order ID and tracking appear on the claim, next to the claim’s tracking section. No Donaraz label is needed.
• Discount label — choose the discount label shown on these orders per promotion; by default it’s the promotion title.

Disconnect

Use Disconnect in the app’s Settings or remove the app in Shopify. Existing claims keep their data; new Shopify gift cards and orders stop.
