Gifts & Stock
Gift products, variants, stock levels and the three fulfilment modes.
Gift products are what claimants receive. Donaraz keeps track of stock per variant, books it when a claim is approved and shows what’s left.
Gift types

Variants and stock
A gift can have variants (sizes, colours) with their own stock. Add them on the gift product page or in bulk with a CSV — see CSV Uploads. The Stock column on Products → Gifts shows what’s available.
Stock is booked when a claim is approved, not when it’s submitted, so pending or declined claims never use up stock. For giveaways, stock is only booked for winners.
Fulfilment modes
Each promotion decides how its gift is handled (under Rewards):

Digital-only promotions don’t need a gift product with stock at all when you use Shopify gift cards.
Shopify-linked gifts
Gifts imported from Shopify use Shopify’s inventory as the source of truth; stock updates arrive automatically when it changes in Shopify. Manual stock controls are hidden for these gifts. Optionally set a Donaraz stock max to reserve only part of your Shopify stock for promotions — Donaraz then uses the lower of the two. See Shopify.
Customs details
Shipping gifts outside the EU (UK, Switzerland, Norway, US…)? Fill in the Customs details card on the gift product: description, HS code, country of origin, value and weight. A readiness check shows what’s missing. See Customs.
Tip: Keep an eye on the Stock column during busy campaigns. When a tracked gift runs out, approve with Skip label creation until new stock arrives, then create the labels from Pending labels on the dashboard.
