CSV Uploads for Products

CSV (Comma-Separated Values) uploads allow you to add serials/imei's to your products, significantly reducing the time and effort required for product setup.

When to Use CSV Uploads

You should use CSV uploads when you have any number of serials/imei's to add to your products.

CSV File Structure and Format

Understanding the correct CSV format is crucial for successful uploads:

Required Columns

These columns must be included in your CSV file:

• Product SKU: The SKU of your product
• Serial/IMEI: The serial/imei of your product

Optional Columns

Additional columns for enhanced product information:

• Sales Channel: The sales channel of your product

File Format Requirements

• Use comma (,) as the delimiter
• Include headers in the first row
• Use UTF-8 encoding for special characters
• Limit file size to 10MB or less
• Use .csv file extension
