Inbox & Broadcasts
Answer claimant email in a shared inbox and send updates to groups of claimants.
Claimant questions don’t belong in someone’s personal mailbox. Donaraz collects them in a shared Inbox, linked to the claim they’re about, and lets you send updates to groups of claimants with Broadcasts.
Inbox
Open Communications → Inbox. Every conversation is a thread tied to one claim.
- Status dot — amber while the claimant is waiting for you, green once you’ve replied.
- Filters — by promotion, claim status, or whether the claim has a tracking number yet. Filters are kept in the link, so you can bookmark a view.
- Active / Archived — mark a thread done to archive it; restore it if the claimant writes again.
Open a thread to see the conversation and, next to it, the claim: serial, proof and status. Reply from there — your message is sent from your company’s sending domain, and you can see when it was opened or clicked.
Staff with inbox access get a notification for every new inbound message.
Starting a conversation
On any claim, Email customer sends a message. The claimant’s reply lands in the Inbox thread for that claim.
Broadcasts
Need to tell many claimants the same thing — a delayed shipment, a stock update? Use Communications → Broadcasts:
- Pick the promotion.
- Filter recipients by claim status and whether they have tracking yet. You see how many claimants will receive it.
- Write the subject and message, check the live preview and send.
Each recipient gets a personal email, and replies land in the Inbox under their own claim.
Tip: Before a broadcast, check the recipient count. “All approved claims without tracking” is usually exactly the group waiting for a “your parcel is on its way soon” message.
