On this page
Notifications keep you up to date without refreshing pages. They arrive in real time while you’re logged in.
Where you see them
- The bell in the header shows unread notifications. Click it for a quick list.
- Toasts — small pop-ups for events that matter right now, such as a new claim or an inbound message.
- The notifications page — open all notifications from the bell for the full history.
Filters on the notifications page

| All | Everything. |
| Unread | What you haven’t seen yet. |
| Mentions | Comments where a colleague @mentioned you. |
| Messages | New claimant emails in the Inbox. |
| Company | Announcements for your whole company and from Donaraz. |
Mark notifications as read one by one or all at once.
What triggers a notification
- A colleague @mentions you in a claim comment.
- A claimant replies or sends a new email (for staff with inbox access).
- New claims arrive on your promotions.
- Company announcements and service messages, such as planned maintenance.
Real time, with a fallback
The dashboard keeps a live connection open, so notifications usually appear within a second. If that connection drops (for example on a flaky network), the dashboard checks again automatically every half minute until it’s back.
