Search & Shortcuts
Unified search, saved filters, table columns and other time savers.
A few habits save a lot of clicks when you work in Donaraz every day.
Search everything
Press Ctrl + K (Windows) or ⌘ + K (Mac), or click the search box in the header — Search claims, serials, people. Type anything: a name, email, serial, claim number or tracking code.
Narrow the search with a prefix or the filter buttons:

Press Esc to close.
Saved filters
In Requests, set up a filter combination you use often (for example To review + one promotion + auto-check Good) and save it. Saved filters can be personal or shared with the team.
Table columns
Use Columns above the claims, products or files table to show, hide and reorder columns. Your layout is remembered in this browser.
Shortcuts in the header
- New promotion — start a promotion from any page.
- Workspace switcher — jump between companies without logging out.
Work the queue fast
- Check Claims walks through a filtered queue one claim at a time — see Bulk Processing.
- Pending labels on the dashboard collects approved claims without a label.
- Tags and @mentions route a claim to the right colleague.
