Dashboard Overview
KPIs, pending labels, recent activity and how the navigation is organised.
The dashboard home is your daily starting point: what needs a decision, what’s shipping and how your promotions are doing. Numbers appear first; details such as tracking fill in a moment later, so the page is usable straight away.
Home cards
| Card | Shows |

| Needs a decision | Claims waiting for review or on hold. Click through to the filtered queue. |
| Submissions | Submitted, approved and declined claims over the selected period. |
| Active promotions | Live promotions with their claim counts. |
| Shipping | Parcels by status: label created, in transit, delivered, returned. |
| Pending labels | Approved claims that still need a label. |
| Recent messages | The latest claimant conversations from the Inbox. |
Switch the period with the range buttons — 24h, 7d, 30d, 90d — or choose custom dates on the analytics page.
Navigation
The sidebar is organised around your daily work:

| Company / Settings | Company overview and all settings. |
| Help | This help centre. |
At the top: the Workspace switcher (when you belong to more than one company), search, New promotion, and notifications. On phones the sidebar opens from the menu button; on desktop you can collapse it to icons.
Items you don’t have permission for are hidden, so colleagues with another role may see a shorter menu.
