The Status Page
How claimants follow their claim, and how personal data stays private.
Every claim has a public status page. Claimants find the link in their confirmation email and can check progress there any time, instead of emailing your support team.
What claimants see
- The status of their claim: in review, approved, declined, on hold — or for giveaways: eligible, winner or not selected.
- For approved physical gifts: the carrier and live tracking.
- A summary of what they submitted.
Privacy: verify first
A status link can be forwarded or guessed, so personal details are hidden by default. Without verification the page only shows the promotion and the general status. To see their name, address, serial and tracking, the claimant enters the email address or postal code used on the claim. After that, the details are visible in that browser.
Status pages are never indexed by search engines or AI crawlers.
Fixing a mistake
Made a typo in the address? While a claim is in review or on hold, the status page offers Send edit link. Donaraz emails a secure link to the address on the claim; through it the claimant can correct their details. The change is recorded on the claim timeline.
Sharing the status page yourself
On the claim detail page, Copy status page copies the link — useful when a customer calls and can’t find the email. It opens in the claimant’s language.
