Performance Tips

Donaraz handles large campaigns, but a few habits keep everything fast when you’re working with thousands of claims or serials.

Working large queues

• Filter before you scroll. Filter by promotion and status instead of loading all claims. Save filters you use daily.
• Bulk-approve the easy ones. Filter on auto-check Good and approve those in one go; spend your time on Check claims.
• Use Check Claims mode for manual review instead of opening claims in new tabs — see Bulk Processing.
• Hide columns you don’t need via Columns. Fewer columns means a lighter table.

Big uploads

• Split very large serial files (hundreds of thousands of rows) into a few files — each upload runs in batches with a progress bar either way.
• Upload serials before launch where possible, so claims validate straight away and you avoid mass rechecks.
• Keep the tab open while an upload runs.

Labels and emails

• Skip label creation during a big approval batch when stock isn’t ready yet, then create labels from Pending labels in one go.
• Approval and decline emails are sent in batches automatically, so bulk actions stay quick.

Exports

• Export per promotion or period rather than everything at once.
• Cashback payout files: pick a batch size your bank accepts (often 100 or 200 payments per file).

Your browser

• Use an up-to-date browser. Close tabs with old dashboard sessions.
• Numbers first, details later: tracking and counts fill in shortly after the page loads — no need to reload.
