Plans & Subscriptions
Choose, change or cancel a plan and understand plan limits.

Each company has its own subscription. Plans differ in limits — live promotions, users, countries — not in quality; see the current plans and prices on the pricing page.
Where to find it
Open Company in the sidebar and go to Subscription (Admins only). You see your plan, its status, the next billing date and the amount, plus recent invoices.
Free trial
New companies can start on a free trial. The subscription page shows You are on a free trial — upgrade when you are ready. Upgrade before the trial ends to keep using all features.
Choose or change a plan
- Go to Company → Subscription.
- Pick a plan. You’re sent to Stripe’s secure checkout to enter payment details.
- After paying you return to Donaraz; activation usually takes a few seconds.
To switch plans later, choose the new plan on the same page.
What the limits mean
| Limit | What counts |
|---|---|
| Live promotions | Promotions that are live at the same time. |
| Users | Team members in the company. |
| Countries | Countries activated under Settings → Available Countries. |
| Custom domain | Available from a certain plan. |
Some integrations, such as Styrar and AI Connections, require a paid plan.
Cancel
Open the customer portal from the subscription page and cancel there. Your subscription runs until the end of the paid period. Your data stays available; you can resubscribe later.
