Connecting Carriers
Add DHL, PostNL, GLS, DPD, UPS or FedEx with your own account keys.

Donaraz ships with your own carrier accounts — bring your own keys. You keep your negotiated rates and contracts; Donaraz creates the labels, writes tracking back to the claim and emails the customer.
Before you start
Check these under Settings first. Carriers print them on every label:
- Company Info — company name, email and phone number. FedEx refuses labels without a phone number.
- Shipping Address — the sender address on your labels.
- Available Countries — the countries you ship to.
Add a carrier
- Go to Settings → API Keys and press Add API Key.
- Choose the carrier and fill in the fields:

- Save. Credentials are encrypted and only used for your company.
You can connect several carriers side by side, for example PostNL for the Netherlands and UPS for the US.
Choose the carrier per promotion
On each promotion, under Rewards, pick the Default shipping carrier. New claims on that promotion use it. You can still create a label with another connected carrier from the claim.
Claims keep the method they were created with — connecting a new carrier later doesn’t change existing claims.
Where each carrier delivers

Donaraz refuses a label for a country the carrier doesn’t serve, before anything is booked. See the full list on the countries page.
Live tracking
Tracking updates arrive automatically on a regular schedule. For DHL and PostNL you can also turn on live tracking (push updates from the carrier) in the live-tracking panel on Settings → API Keys. Follow the steps shown there; the carrier sends status changes the moment they happen.
Tip: Test a new carrier with one claim to an address you control before approving a big batch.
