Invoices

Download invoices and keep your billing details correct.

Every subscription payment comes with an invoice from Stripe.

Find your invoices

  • Company → Subscription shows your recent invoices with date and amount.
  • The customer portal (button on the same page) has the full history, where you can download each invoice as PDF.

Invoices are also emailed to the company’s billing email address after each payment.

Correct company details on invoices

Invoices use your company name, address and VAT number. To change them:

  1. Update the details under Settings → Company Info.
  2. Or change the billing details directly in the customer portal.

Changes apply to future invoices. Need a corrected past invoice? Email [email protected].

After deleting a company

When a company is deleted, its financial records are kept as required by law, while personal data is removed. Contact support if you need a copy of old invoices.
