3. Browse Promotions
One example of each promotion type is already set up: a free-gift promotion, a cashback reward, an upcoming giveaway, and a finished external campaign.
4. Open Requests
Claims sit in every stage a real shopper's claim can reach: waiting for review, approved, declined, and on hold — so you can see how each one is handled.
5. Approve a claim
Pick one marked "To review" and approve it. Watch its status update immediately, the same way it would for your own customers.
6. See the customer's side
Open a promotion and copy its public claim link to see exactly what your own customers would see and fill in when they claim a reward.
7. Explore company settings
Branding, notifications, company details — see how much you can shape without writing a line of code. Nothing you change here is permanent.
