Company Setup
Overview
After creating your account, you'll need to complete the company setup process. This involves several steps to configure your business profile and enable platform functionality.
Important: You must complete the minimum required steps for the application to work properly. Optional steps are recommended for the best experience.
Step 1: Company Information
Required: This is the foundation of your company profile.
You'll need to provide:
- Company name and contact email
- Company slug (URL identifier)
- Business address (street, number, postal code, city, state/province, country)
- Tax identification number Optional & recommended
- This is used to display on invoices. While not required, it is highly recommended to fill in this field.
- Chamber of Commerce ID Optional & recommended
- This is used to display on invoices. While not required, it is highly recommended to fill in this field.
- Phone number and website Optional & recommended
- This is used to display on invoices. Might be used for linking on promotional pages in the future.
Step 2: Country Activation
Required: Activate the countries where you want to operate.
This step allows you to:
- Select countries where your promotions will be available
- Configure region-specific settings
Step 3: Shipping Address
Required: Set up your company's shipping address for fulfillment.
This address will be used for:
- Setting as the sending address for shipping labels.
Note: You must complete the country activation step before setting up your shipping address.
Step 4: API Integration
Required: Connect your shipping provider's API key.
This enables:
- Receiving shipping labels directly in your own DHL account.
- Receiving shipping labels from your own PostNL account.
- Getting track and trace information for your shipments.
Optional Steps (Recommended)
Step 5: Create a Promotion
Set up your first promotional campaign to start attracting customers.
Step 6: Add Products
Create product listings that customers can claim through your promotions.
Step 7: Brand Assets
Customize your company's visual identity with logos, colors, and branding elements.
Completing Onboarding
Once you've completed the minimum required steps, you can close the onboarding process. The platform will verify that all essential information is in place before allowing you to proceed.
Success: After completing onboarding, you'll have full access to all platform features and can start managing promotions and claims.
