Company Setup
Walk through the onboarding wizard: company details, shipping address and carriers.
Right after registering, Donaraz walks you through a short onboarding wizard. It asks only for what you need to go live; everything else can be filled in later under Settings.
The onboarding wizard
The wizard is a separate screen you walk through step by step. Three steps are required; the rest are optional but recommended, and Skip for now moves on without saving anything.

| 1. Company info | Yes | Confirm the workspace details. Use Fill in more for optional business fields such as VAT ID. |
| 2. Activate countries | Yes | Choose which countries this company ships to. See Countries & Coverage. |
| 3. Shipping address | Yes | The ship-from address printed on labels. You can prefill it from the company address. |
| 4. Shipping API key | No | Connect a carrier so approved claims get labels. No keys yet? Skip — digital rewards don’t need one. |
| 5. Create a promotion | No | Start your first campaign. See Your First Promotion. |
| 6. Create a product | No | Add a product for serials or gifts. |
| 7. Brand assets | No | Logo and favicon for your claim pages. |
Once the required steps are done you can open the dashboard. Optional steps you skipped stay available under Settings.
What to complete afterwards
Open Settings in the sidebar. These cards are worth a look before your first launch:

| Company Info | Name, email, address, VAT ID. The VAT ID is also used on customs labels. |
| Company Brand | Logo and colours for claim pages and emails — see Branding. |
| Company Legal | Privacy and terms texts shown to claimants. |
| Available Countries | Which countries your company ships to and runs promotions in. |
| Claim form defaults | Default claim form fields and serial validation for new promotions. |
| Users | Invite your team — see User Management. |
Tip: Set your brand before sharing a promotion link. Claim pages and emails pick up your logo and colours automatically.
More than one company?
One login can manage several companies — for example separate brands or regions. Create another from Account → Companies → New company, or accept an invite from another company. Switch with the Workspace switcher at the top of the sidebar. Everything (promotions, claims, settings, billing) is separate per company.
